How we remove bats and wildlife — humanely.
Bats in Ontario are a protected species. That changes how the work has to be done — and we've built every part of our service around doing it right. Whether you're hearing scratching in the attic, finding droppings, or seeing a bat in a bedroom, the humane exclusion approach is the same across every job. Here's how the four core services fit together.

When you need each service
Inspection first
Every job starts with a free on-site inspection. Bats can fit through openings as small as one centimetre — many of the entry points on a typical home are surprising even to experienced homeowners. We identify every one, assess any contamination, and explain exactly what we'd do.
Bat removal and exclusion
The flagship service. Humane one-way valves let bats leave on their own without being able to return. Once they're gone, every entry point gets permanently sealed. This is the only legal method for removing bats in Ontario, and it comes with our Lifetime Warranty.
Bat proofing
The preventive layer — comprehensive home sealing whether or not bats are currently active. Often bundled with exclusion at a discount. Worth doing on its own if neighbours have had bats, or if you've just bought an older home with cedar shake or stone construction.
Attic cleanup and decontamination
Once the bats are out, the guano and contaminated insulation need professional removal. Bat droppings are treated similarly to asbestos and mould — there's a real health risk if cleaned improperly. Required for insurance disclosure when selling a home.
Wildlife removal
The same humane-exclusion approach we use for bats also works for raccoons, squirrels, skunks, and other small wildlife. We don't trap and relocate (illegal for most species in Ontario), and we don't use lethal methods.
One philosophy across every service
Our team holds every license required for humane bat removal in Ontario, including those under the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act and the Endangered Species Act. Every job is backed by our Lifetime Warranty: if a bat re-enters through any point we sealed, we come back and do all the work necessary — at no extra cost. Forever.
